Justice Content Publisher Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Justice Content Publisher is a private web tool used by the creator to organize finished short-form videos and send creator-selected videos to TikTok drafts through TikTok's approved developer APIs.

TikTok Information We Use

When the creator connects a TikTok account, the app requests Login Kit access for basic profile information, such as TikTok open ID, display name, and avatar. This information is used to identify which TikTok account is connected and to show the creator the account selected for draft upload.

The app also requests Content Posting API draft upload permission. This permission is used only to send a creator-selected video to the connected TikTok account as a draft. The app does not enable Direct Post in this version and does not publish videos publicly.

Video Content

The app uses only videos selected by the creator. Videos may be stored on creator-controlled storage before being sent to TikTok as drafts. The creator remains responsible for choosing which video to upload.

How Information Is Shared

TikTok account information and selected video content are used only to support the requested TikTok draft upload workflow. Information is not sold. Data is shared with TikTok only as needed to authenticate the connected account and upload the selected draft video.

Retention and Removal

Connected account information is retained only as needed to operate the creator workflow. The creator may request disconnection of a TikTok account or removal of stored workflow data.
